Things are going well in Peru. The new missionaries are good hosts and as their first team, we are trying to be good guests.
Clinics are running smoothly with lots of people being served. There’s a big demand for fillings and cleaning. The saddest part is that many of the children have multiple decayed teeth which are far beyond our ability to restore. Sugar and poor oral hygiene along with the lack of fluoride in the water leads to serious dental issues at a very young age.
The natural beauty of God’s creation is hard to describe. His handiwork is visible in every direction as we gaze upon the majesty of the Andes.
Thanks to everyone at home who are part of this mission through prayer, financial support and words of encouragement.
