Be prepared to upload your passport and your vaccine card when you apply for a trip. Once your application is submitted, it is reviewed for completeness. The team leader has to assess how many slots are available for each position on the team (dentists, students, helpers, etc). The registration fee is non-refundable. If circumstances prevent you from participating on the team, your fee will be held for one year to apply to participation on another team. Acceptance on the team is based on the location of the team, the specific needs of the team and the qualification of the applicant. NOTE–Please don’t make plans or airline reservations until accepted for the team.
